It is 6:30 and I have been up for an hour and a half. Liam woke up at 5 to nurse and then went back to sleep. Thats ok. It gives me a chance to take a shower and have some coffee and check email in peace. I love starting my day that way.

OK here is a picture I took yesterday. This is a community on the way to Andrew's school and this has been bugging me for months. This is one smaller community in a larger group. They all have similar signs and each community has a different picture on their sign. Take a good look.

Let me help you out. Notice the picture of the snow-capped mountains. What the hell? We live in Central Florida. There are no snow-capped mountains. There are no mountains. There are not even any hills. It's like they ordered the sign at a shop with a limited selection of pictures - like clip art- and this was the last one they hadnt already used. Deeply annoying.

I think this is Heather's way of taunting us.

I wonder if there is a place in Alaska called something like "Palm Breeze", or maybe "Tahitian Vistas". I like Tahitian Vistas in Alaska for many reasons. Obviously there is nothing Tahitian about Alaska. Furthermore, there are no vistas in Tahiti. At least I don't think so.

Hey, here's a question, why don't they ever name places after less-than-desirable locations? I'd like to see a spin-off on Cabrini Green. Or Watts Valley. Jersey Flats. Ozark Shadows. Detroit Skids.

In Arizona they have a similar naming practice. Lots of River Road and Riverview when there isn't a "river" or even water for 500 miles.
