Well..not quite. But Liam took his first steps yesterday March 27! He is 10.5 months old, so he beat out his big brother by less than two weeks! Andrew walked on his 11 month birthday.
He'll be running around before we know it. But he is still a newborn to me.
I have been up since 4 am. Andrew was in our bed, kicking me and then Liam got up at 5 am to nurse. I figured I might as well stay up, since whenever I go back to bed at that time I end up sleeping too late. Andrew is staying for lunch bunch today, because I have to go to Winter Garden for a LLL meeting so I had to make his lunch and I took a shower and I am even wearing makeup. Woo hoo. I am working a little on Liam's birthday movie. I make slideshows set to music because I am a huge sentimental sap. I have one for each kid, though not necessarily on their birthdays, and one of Andrew and Elaina. I also have plans for one of all three kids, when I get around to it. My Windows media player is all wonky right now so I need to figure that out and when I do I will post them.
So wasnt that the most exciting blog post ever? LOL I'll post a picture to make it more interesting. Here is Liam, doing what he does while I cook dinner. 
We are watching this movie right now and I am so stressed out. I cant take violence anymore since becoming a mother. I am on the computer while I am watching so I dont get too involved. This is the first part where the village is attacked. I dont know how much worse it will get but I cant take it!!
Liam is borrowing this toy from a friend (thanks Nathan!) and is having a blast "walking" around!
Actually, instead of a picture today, we have some video. Here we have Spiderman showing off his spidey skills.
I have found that the little fort thing on my kids swingset provides fantastic light. Its my new favorite spot. But why oh why does one person in every shot have to look stoned? I will have a great shot of two of the kids and one has their eyes half shut. Or it will be a great picture of the big kids and Liam will look down. Oh well.
OK when did I write that 365 pictures post? Wednesday I think? And its Saturday. Good grief. Well here is a picture finally. Here is Elaina, defiantly applying her princess lip gloss right before bed, even though she is not allowed to wear it to bed (it stains the sheets). Naturally I had to photograph her sassy self before telling her to stop. hahaha
Last night John and I rented the movie The Kingdom. I wasn't really expecting too much but it was really really good. On Tuesday I am going out with some friends to see The Other Boleyn Girl and I can't wait - the book was soooooo good.
Today Andrew went to a birthday party and had a great time. Tomorrow I am bringing Elaina to a birthday party. Other than that, I plan to finally finish my garden tomorrow. We just need to get another 10 bags of soil and then we can finally plant.
When we originally filled it with soil and manure I explained to the kids that it was in fact cow poop we were putting in there. So when I was dumping the bags in Elaina was screaming "She is putting in the poop dirt!" It was really funny.
I am going to start doing one picture per day and posting... it might be the kids, might be the house, whatever. Anyway, here is today's
OK and here is one more. All over the house I find dolls and toys "tucked in" ... Elaina has to tuck in everything and the blanket has to be just so. The other night we found plastic turtle bath toys on their backs covered with a wet washcloth in the bathtub. Its so cute but there is kind of a creepy element to it. LOL
